Create a clear direction for a home addition that fits your space, needs, and daily routines.

A More Personal Way to Expand Your Home

I begin by learning how you live and what you want the new space to accomplish. Together, we review layout possibilities, connections to the existing home, and the details that will make the addition feel comfortable and intentional.

The consultation gives your project a thoughtful starting point before construction begins. You leave with a better understanding of the possibilities, priorities, and next steps involved in developing your custom space.

Ideal For

• Growing households needing more room

• Homeowners planning a kitchen or living area expansion

• Families adding a bedroom, office, or guest space

• Clients seeking a cohesive custom design

How It Works

1. Share Your Goals: We discuss how you want the addition to support your home and lifestyle.

2. Review Possibilities: I consider layout, flow, materials, and how the new space can connect with the existing structure.

3. Define Next Steps: We outline a practical direction for moving the project toward planning and construction.
